In YuYu Hakusho, where Youko’s friend (Kuronue (sp?)) when they’re on a mission, he tells Youko to leave him behind (or something like that). & in Buzz Lightyear (of star command) Warp (Buzz’s partner in the beginning) tells him to leave, too. I’m wondering if the people who made BLOSC took YYH’s idea….any opinions?

That’s one of the most overused lines in cartoons/movies/shows ever. It wasn’t stolen. It’s used to show how chivalrous the character is (since they rarely leave people behind), and when the person is left behind, it’s used as a plot point for a rescue mission.
