ballet: where to find this leotard?

ive been trying to find this leotard everywhere!! one of my friends has it and has had it for a few years… does anyone know where you can find one in black and Adult Small?? its a gilda marx leotard and if you cant see the back well it has a double twist and i believe adjustable straps. please hep me!!
